Decade has assembled three strategically located properties on Pickering’s west side, overlooking the picturesque Rouge Valley and only minutes from Toronto’s eastern border. Together, they will form one of Pickering’s signature mixed-use developments.
- 375 Kingston Road – A fully leased 27,000 sq. ft. retail plaza on 2 acres, anchored by 13 strong local tenants serving the affluent Rouge Valley community.
- 395 Kingston Road – A vacant 1-acre parcel at the heart of the assembly, critical to unlocking a large-scale mixed-use redevelopment.
- 401–421 Kingston Road – A 1.3-acre site improved with multiple buildings, currently home to a long-standing Montessori school.
An application has been submitted to redevelop the sites into four towers on two podiums, featuring 860,000 sq. ft. of residential GFA, 31,000 sq. ft. of retail, and 19,500 sq. ft. of on-site parkland.

Directly across from Fanshawe College, this former 83,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse on 3 acres has been rezoned and approved for two 15-storey purpose-built rental towers. Together, the buildings will provide more than 540 residential units across 420,000 sq. ft. of GFA to service Fanshawe’s 16,000 students, and thousands of staff and ancillary workers, Construction has commenced, with first occupancy expected in summer 2027.

Decade acquired this marque 7.8-acre industrial site in 2022, which is improved with over 115,000 square feet of industrial space and ancillary office. With buildings designed for ship building, many unique features are offered in one place, including 60-80 foot clear spans with 25-40 foot ceiling height. Each bay has 10-40 tonne rail cranes, which lead out to a direct rail access. There is excess land to develop, and rare outside storage. The site is now fully leased to 3 high quality tenants.

Situated in one of the fastest-growing self-storage markets in the United States, Decade is developing and building a Class-A multi-storey self-storage facility with a joint-venture partner. The project will deliver 93,000 sq. ft. of storage space, offering both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled units. Opening is slated for winter 2026.

In partnership with local stakeholders, Decade is developing a Class-A self-storage facility in Kanata, one of Ottawa’s most affluent and fastest-growing communities. The project will meet strong demand for storage, complementing nearby residential and commercial growth. Now under construction, the facility is scheduled to open in fall 2026.

Decade acquired a 17,000 square foot retail plaza on 2 acres of land in Pickering. The plaza is 100% occupied with strong local tenants. The site is situated on the west side of Pickering, bordering the Rouge Valley and minutes from Scarborough. Situated on one of Pickering’s 3 gateway corners, an application has been submitted to redevelop the plaza into a mixed-use commercial and residential site with 2 towers. The site will be a landmark building for one of Canada’s fastest growing cities.
